Sherry has been a leader in the Recruitment Industry for over 30 years. She has spent the last 20 years as the lead recruiter and Certified Staffing Prof. for Integrity Search Solutions, a recruiting firm founded by Sherry and her husband Dave in 2003. She has made hundreds of placements, matching talented individuals with successful businesses. She is now ready to bring that experience and love of helping people to a new field of health & wellness.

Dave, not a stranger to business & tech, also has certifications in Technology & Electrical. Having been the Technology lead for two local Fortune 500 company's over the past 25 years, while helping with the back office of ISS as needed has given him the knowledge and experience to bring forward to this new exciting health field that uses the latest and greatest wellness technologies.

Sherry has had a passion for healthy living for as long as she can remember. That passion has led her down many paths, as she has spent thousands of hours researching different natural healing modalities (Herbal Medicine, Essential Oils, Light therapy, and Homeopathy, to name a few) It was her success with Homeopathy that led her to the field of Bio-Energetics. She heard a presentation from another natural health expert, who referred to Infoceuticals as Homeopathy 2.0 and that was all she needed to hear! She shared the information with Dave, who has always had a strong interest in natural health and homeopathy as well. He was equally intrigued, and after doing his own research, he was fully onboard with the NES Health Bio-Energetics system. It wasn't long before they packed up & traveled to Tampa for their initial training and then to continue to the Bio-Energetic Health Coach Certification. Always on the lookout for new technology, the latest Light Therapy System on the market was the next step in the health and wellness journey.

Sherry and Dave began their educational training in the Homeopathic field, training under Joette Calabrese HMC-CCH, continued to NES Health Bio-Energetics, and now the Multi-Spectrum Photonic Light Therapy. With these modalities in the arsenal, they are convinced that this is the future of Health.

How Does Light Therapy Work?

The Multi-spectrum therapy emits packets of light called photons. Photons break the painful inflammatory cycle by dilating small blood and lymphatic vessels. This increase in circulation removes the irritating inflammatory products and results in accelerated healing and pain relief. The immune system and nervous system are also stimulated by photons, which increases activity and leads to faster repair of damaged tissues.

Numerous tests show that the increase in circulation and reduction in pain associated with the use of photons is the result of an increase in the release of nitric oxide directly under the neurotransmitter.

60 years ago, Furchgott (et al JPETT 113:22, 1955) demonstrated the ability of photo energy to induce vasorelaxation. Furchgott, Ignatto, and Murad were awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1998 for their work in identifying nitric oxide as the molecule responsible for regulating blood pressure.

The Science Behind It

Photon, or near-infrared light therapy works at the cellular level in a phenomenon known as Photobiomodulation. Photons stimulate cytochrome-c oxidase, an enzyme associated with the third part of the electron transport chain inside the mitochondria. Cytochrome-c oxidase in turn causes increased levels of ATP synthase, an enzyme associated with the fourth part of the electron transport chain. ATP synthase synthesizes ATP production which has a cascade of beneficial effects at the cellular level.

How Many Treatments Are Needed?

This varies based on many factors, including chronicity of disease, strength of immune system, frequency of treatments, and much more. A series of 4 treatments is usually administered to evaluate effectiveness and determine the appropriate number of additional sessions. High resolution infrared images may be taken before and after the initial treatment to clearly detail blood circulation and the effect of Photon Therapy.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a system of medicine that is fundamentally different from conventional (allopathic) medicine. Allopathic medicine tends to heavily focus on pharmaceuticals, many of which merely suppress symptoms and cause side-effects leading to further imbalance. Homeopathy seeks to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms to correct the underlying imbalance that caused the symptoms in the first place.

Homeopathy is derived from the Greek word “homeo” meaning like or similar and “pathos” meaning pathology or illness. So the literal meaning of homeopathy is similar illness. This means that a homeopathic medicine is administered based upon its ability to mimic the disease state, thereby stimulating the body to heal itself.

Homeopathy had its beginning in eighteenth century Germany, with Samuel Hahnemann, a physician and scholar whose practice included aristocracy and royalty. Disappointed in the results of the medicine that he and his colleagues were then using, Hahnemann left his prominent practice. He went on to discover a profound natural law, the Law of Similars, which became the foundation for homeopathy. The Law of Similars asserts that any substance which can cause symptoms when given to a healthy person can help to heal those who are experiencing similar symptoms when given in a very minute amount.
